This actually addresses something important I think. I have seen many people try to welcome new plebs but do it in a way that makes the new plebs seem like some alien species, I have done this in accident before but just thought we might want to address it.

I have even heard people say that they specifically try to "Scare off" certain plebs that they don't want which I think it not acceptable.
