that is correct. Mastodon to be specific as far as fedi goes. Haven't figured out how searching for people cross-platform works but soon after adding the mostr bridge relay (wss://mostr.relay.pub), started seeing fedi accts here. And I would assume the nostr accts that started showing up in fedi were people who added the relay to their nostr
