Large’s are about 30” hem to shoulder, and 22” wide.

Your choice will depend on what kind of fit you want for your climate. I generally prefer for a looser fit.

Medium is about 29” x 20”.

I’m rocking XL, but with you being lean, Large will probably be your pick. 🔥
