What are the logic reasons to use Muun wallet when txn fees is this so high.

None. Muun is a swap wallet.

I did not know that it is a swap wallet few days ago. Why put LN on their wallet if it is not a real LN implementation? Your right "None"

It is very useful to pay LN with chain funds or vice versa.

Not so much as a pure spending wallet.
