After earnings we have calls with institutional investors.

Today we had one where someone asked about our c= announcement and lightning in general, and ended the question with one on lightning’s intersection with nostr (and even pronounced it correctly).

I read that today, 'c=' is only available for institutions. Is "upcoming Wallet" also limited to institutions?
