Health breaks down into 3 subcategories: mind, body, and spirit.
Mind health: Fear is the mind killer and people become closed minded and fearful when they have bad discernment and therefore must rely upon trust. In order to explore the world and try to figure it out, we have to have robust discernment, which, in addition to having foundational education in areas like math and major sciences, should include familiarity with things like logical fallacies, logic, argumentation, epistemology, etc.
Bodily health: These physical vessels are the result of a very long line of evolution. We evolved to eat certain things, experience certain things, and engage in certain activities on the regular. Cheetohs, Mountain Dew, constant comfort, and a sedentary lifestyle lived inside with almost no sun exposure are all the opposite of what we should be doing, but there are actual MDs here way more qualified to comment on such things, e.g. Saifedean's brother. Spirituality & Spiritual health: Love without expectation of return by tailoring your interactions with others to each individual as best you can within reason based upon what you know and have observed about them. Communicate clearly in terms of both honesty and eloquence. Beyond that, surrender to the free will of others and the machinations of the universe.
