I think I the rule of thumb is to have at least 2 weeks of food and water.
I don't personally know a single person that has that stockpiled.

I built this on a furniture dolly to charge two 80 A-h deep cycle marine batteries off a solar panel. It’ll run the deep freeze and a bunch of LED lights at least.
Interesting, setup. I have access these cheaply. I will have to look into it a bit more
