Me too lol that wasn’t my point at all. I’m saying that a system that requires violence to operate cannot be fixed through voting. You can’t reason with violent sociopaths that will kill you for not having a license to operate a business.

I think we still can through elections (local state and federal) and the legal system.

I posted about this recently. The Supreme Court has already ruled that eminent domain supersedes property rights. The court/legal system only puts the illusion of freedom and justice out there. Playing a game with violent people that make their own rules AND interpret those rules themselves is unfair. Think about it. You have the “right” to a fair trial but the judge can hold you in contempt for whatever reason. Who holds a corrupt judge accountable? His peers lol

Article V of the constitution gives power to the states to add or remove amendments. The prohibition amendment was removed by the convention of the states, but this ratification was invoked by congress.

Never in the US history have the states ever used article V to amend the constitution. Why? My guess is people are just lazy and take our freedom for granted.
