My metal wire behind my teeth is broken/loose for the 125th time

Yeah but I hear mixed reviews.. some people’s teeth really move after they removed it
i know from friends that they wear a "dental splint" (idk if that is the right word) at night to avoid this
Yup, gonna call tomorrow to the dentist and hope for a better alternative
