According to Mike Waltz, U.S. National Security Advisor, Ukrainian President Zelensky is set to sign a new version of the American proposal involving Ukraine’s minerals.

The first version, which Zelensky refused to sign, did not include U.S. military assistance in exchange for Ukrainian minerals. For Zelensky to now agree to this revised version, it is believed that it includes clauses providing for U.S. weapons and financial support.
