I should sleep and rest. This is the hardest thing to do when you overthink.

I do that sometimes,it works out perfectly! 😀

The ideal is to have some regular circulatory exercise and try not eat or eat very light things after lunch, like a tea or fruits... This helps as well... Breath tec is a amazing tool, stay way from screen at least half hour before you sleep! Justtoo say good night to us and try to read a book :)

You can close your eyes, and use some app with some soothing sounds like this one. I hope this will help

Try not to think or be calmer thinking about something that calms you down
