Good morning Dan, caffeine has not kicked in yet here ☕️
Next to chocolate I am pretty much caffeine free. It has only come as the kids sleep through the night.

I still haven’t got to that point unfortunately
Some never do, I just knew I could do it as I had in the past & achieved it over a 10 day holiday where vices were limited and my sleep plentiful
