Wait! I'm sorry, what did you say now? IKEA is training call center workers to become interior design advisers. So we're essentially moving from getting answers from a "Billie" bot (which is an A.I), to speaking with humans who have been trained by the company through a series of extensive courses, and therefore becoming IKEA's approved designers 😂? Okay, let me get this straight; in the future when I need design advice for my home, instead of conversing with my clever 'Alexa,' I'll be speaking to a human who will be using IKEA's knowledge base on how best they would approach it. Sounds like there could be some considerable teething problems if we are honest here 😆!
