How do I determine the appropriate amount of active connections my relay should allow?

It would be nice to be able to get stats out of strfry. Active connections, bandwidth used per connection etc Maybe that is simple I don't know

nostr relay ? if so stress n LOAD is on IOPS DB readwrite - disk/storage and CPU to some extent - relay config has rate limits for each npubs n other params - few admins posted screenshot in the past here
