Pretty much all cars since 2014 have had Event Data Recorders.

This breathalyzer thing is currently being used in some US states as punishment during a probationary period post a drunk driving offence. You have to blow in it 3 times to unlock your ignition.

Are they seriously going to force everyone in the UK and EU to blow 3 times into a breathalyzer before being allowed to turn on their car?

The loss of productivity and also the potential for harm in an extreme scenario where you need to escape in your car quickly, seem like decent downsides.

Would it be applied in all scenarios? The % of times it would use useful vs a nuisance would be something like 1 to 10000 or more.

People need to build up the courage to leave this shithole
