It’s a good excuse to get drunk with other bitcoiners. Other than that there’s no real reason to go unless you have a work reason to be there.

Agreed. I enjoy the alcohol.
I think it would be fun to just go and have a drink and fuck around - play table top games like cards against humanity or something, do some charitable poker matches that go towards projects, etc.. Just shoot the shit and have fun. My idea of a fun conference is rotating small groups of people i hate big crowds lol
