Actually if you have the loved ones dependent on you, you could be easier to manipulate/bribed/threatened. If you have nothing to lose bcs you are on your own, then you are fearless. Your sentence is true only if the parent has moral standards set high and wants his family to be proud of him. So it doesn't matter in fact being a father or not, moral standards or ethics do
