Chill and Don’t Take Revenge

Ibn al-Qayyim said:

“Indeed, a servant rejoices greatly on the Day of Judgment for the rights he holds over others whether in matters of wealth, life, or honour.

So the wise person considers this a treasure saved for the Day of poverty and destitution, and does not nullify it through revenge that brings him no true benefit.”
