Rough. I've always known pre-rolls were kind of garbage.

Instead of tossing the larf out or like stacking stalks for hempcrete businesses, they just put it in a $4 pre roll and then add tax (16% here in MI)

Yeah, Oregon isn't too much better, unfortunately. We used to turn all of our waste into something that could be used in topicals....But really the legalization fucked up so many things.

My vote was for decriminalization for MI.
