Awesome story, thanks for sharing. I had always been told my sternum concavetum (chest with a dent in it) could only be fixed with expensive surgery. As I got more into resistance exercise, it started popping out on its own, with a sound similar to cracking your knuckles. The establishment doesn't know nearly as much as it thinks.
