It should be easy to build a service that transcribes YouTube videos into text,, but I'm not really sure there's a need for it.

Can have some benefit of such kind service:
- for the ones who prefer read text than video
- for know if the exact topic you want is in a video
- for convert video course into text course
- for content copier/robber
- .....
