I'm really thinking about switching to paid relays

Can you make a case for it? Do you have suggestions about whoch to choose?

Well, you could find a service you can use that also offers a relay. For example, Alby offers a relay, verified Nostr offers a relay. I’m not sure if any of the clients offer a relay but it would be worth looking into. That way you’re not just paying for a relay.

The "paying for relays" is just to test how it feels as a day by day experience to use paid relays. Spam reduction, content more reachable, higher engagement etc
