I needed to contact one crypto exchange because of certain issue. Email was sent using Proton and as an attachment there is my pub key and signature.

Customer support couldn't answer my email because they were constantly trying to figure out content of these two automatically added files by Proton.

I was very confused in first thirty minutes of chatting with them via email and when I figured out they were looking at those two files I lost hope in humanity.

Hope you have better experience. I don't know why but I had "some" expectations.
