I would not prune a Bitcoin Core than runs a Lightning node. You will have issues closing channels because you may not be able to find the original opening transaction.
This absolutely solves my question.
I thought there would be other kind of more technical problems, but it was as simple as this.
I think I'm not pruning. Instead I will look for a bigger SSD for my node.
