The ultimate goal is to protect the public as much as possible from the fuckery of the Bankers.
I believe the decision to hit the debt ceiling, raise or eliminate it depends on the public and are they ready for the change when the Federal Reserve is removed. At this point we probable have a choice of balls to the wall Warp Speed or slow walking it.
