I thought WoS had also implemented a restricted version of wallet connect. I can’t figure out the wallet connect string with WoS either.
Also what does this mean? Alby’s npub? 
What they meant to say was to
- add you NOSTR npub into the first field in the Zapplepay.com website where it says “your npub”.
- select 🤙 as the trigger emoji.
- choose a zap amount in sats to be paid each time you click the 🤙
- add your mwc connection string in the last field in the zapplepay.com website
- the mwc connection string should look like this: nostr+walletconnect://encodedmessage

How to get your Nostr Wallet Connect (nwc) Connection String
- Go to https://nwc.getalby.com/
- Click "New Connection"
- Give the new connection a name
- Set expiry (app connection will be cancelled after this date)
- Set a budget (app will be restricted to send zaps only within a chosen budget range)
- Hit confirm
- Reveal "Pairing Secret" (This is only shown once)
- Copy Secret (nwc connection string) to use in ZapplePay
- Replace nostrwalletconnect with nostr+walletconnect in nwc connection string
