How much would it cost to run a large group on Keychat (100-1000 daily posts)? Do group owners foot the postage, or do participants?

In Keychat’s large groups (MLS), if a group member uses a Keychat relay, each group message they send requires a 1-sat stamp. If they use a free relay, no stamp is required.

If more ecash mints support ecash tokens with denominations smaller than 1 sat, the stamp can be set to less than 1 sat.
