I can send tips on people's profiles and that works for selecting the amount (and sending a note). When I click the lightning icon on people's notes, it then defaults to 1k with no ability to change the amount or enter notes.

Correct. The per post amount is fixed to 1000

So the default value is 1000, but can be changed?

How can someone managed to zap you other values than 1k 🤨
