To those saying I shouldn’t be critical, or that Mutiny “doesn’t owe you any further explanation,” I suggest you learn to be more skeptical in life, and never take people at face value when money is involved.
You’re not being critical. Generally speaking (because I’m not that familiar with the Mutiny situation) it’s customer service 101.
