bitcoin price is rising because of the uncertainty
the fact that it's become an ETF means that in the fiat finance mind bitcoin is now starting to look a lot more like cash, without the inflationary cost
there's other aspects to this as well but it's really interesting to note that bitcoin halves a little before the election every 4 years
i don't know if this was an intentional pattern but elections breed uncertainty and once the certainty arrives that tends to make people bullish... other markets also rise after the election usually as well
