They’ve been doing it above me. The clouds are currently fake AF and when I tell people about it they look at me like I’m crazy. Psyop achieved I guess.
When I leave Texas this is near the top of the wish list.

I'd rather it be cold and clear than hot with gubberment weather.
Also I can't tolerate the NPCs who pretend they don't see literal fake clouds everywhere.
