More men need to be talking about this.

Back when I ate a "mixed diet" (lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc.) I remember going through stretches of weeks/months where things sporadically seemed to be a bit more "asleep" down there, to the point where I did get a little concerned at times. But like any other plant-brain, I kept eating the fruit bowls & salads, as I was so indoctrinated that they were good for me πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«

Over the years I’ve noticed that a certain type of yeast helps keep the junk operational. Saccharromyces Boulardii. It’s available almost anywhere. Do some reading on it.
