I see very little spam and report/block it when I do. Haven't seen any cp. Maybe it's my relays or the fact that I rarely look at global. In any case... Nip it in the bud if necessary. Tread lightly and keep things open and free though please. I think it should be the communities responsibility to report and for me, thus far, seems to be working well.
