I love hybrids so much. Best of both worlds. I have a Kia Niro hybrid (not plug in, though) and it gets an easy 45-55 MPG most of the time (city and highway.. I got this one specifically because it got the best mileage for a hybrid on the highway). With the way I hyperdrive sometimes, it gets up to around 60 MPG depending on terrain and weather. A full 10 gal tank usually gets me about 500+ miles and that's GREAT for my drives to and from MA <--> FL. Hybrid is the BEST way to go.
