I haven't heard this before, but it is kinda true!!

I'd think winter was over in the beginning of May, and then it snowed again 😑

Now I live in a place that already hit 86f, 30c's. I'm pretty sure winter only had a transit visa here. Like, it went below freezing at night a few times, but barely, and then it was done. 🤣
