yes what idiots don't understand about such moves is they have immediate positive effect on stock market but it takes a while to manifest as price inflation
which is why whoever is in power always pushes for lower rates because they can say i had great economy and then the next guy in office gets hit with price inflation
and the public will never figure this out because their IQs are too low just like how they will never figure out that price controls only lead to empty shelves
for example 99% of Trump voters believe Biden is responsible for inflation
actually inflation was a downstream effect of lockdowns which were put in place under Trump
but the Voter IQ is too low to understand how effects percolate through the economy overtime - all those idiots understand is Biden was in office when they stopped being able to afford groceries
it was Lockdowns and Stimulus Checks ( and other Lockdown related bailouts ) that ultimately caused consumer price inflation, but the Voter is too dumb to connect cause and effect. they have all the intelligence of a cat chasing a laser pointer.
notice that nobody has EVER tried to explain during the debates what actually caused inflation. why ? because politicians know explaining economics to a voter is like explaining what a Laser is to a cat.

Inflation is all downstream of bad fiscal policy going back generations. Both parties participated.

the system is good actually - absent shocks like lockdowns it maintains a target inflation rate of about 3% which only hurts idiots holding cash - doesn't affect people who have real assets whether it is land, real estate, stocks, commodities, gold etc.
if they stopped printing money there would be rapid DEFLATION with prices collapsing to almost zero.
actually they can print quite a lot of money with ZERO inflation but it is their GOAL to print EVEN MORE to have about 3% inflation - because that transfers wealth from idiots holding cash to everybody else, and as we know - it is immoral to let a sucker keep his money.
of course the transfer of wealth doesn't stop with just going from cash holders to asset holders but continues to pump wealth upward to banks and so on. but none of this is really the issue.
the issue is that people who ultimately get all the money use it to enslave us and bomb Palestinians. if that money was instead used for something beneficial like building roads i would be OK with it.
but they are dismantling existing roads instead and planting them over with trees to "fight climate change" ...
of course what happened with lockdowns is that prices doubled on average since the start of Cov1d because Lockdowns killed the economy and then they tried to revive the stock market by printing money as well as keep people from starving by handing out Stimmies and so on ...

Money is just one component of freedom. It means nothing if you don't have the other components like freedom of movement.
That is true, and while we are not there yet, we will get to the point with CBDCs where they can control your movement by just simply stopping your card from working at the gas station, etc.
yes as we are going cashless things will get worse
i only use cash to pay handyman and such and for tips - haven't used cash to buy food or gas in decades
and there are apparently places that no longer accept cash because cashiers can't count physical money anymore same as how kids today can't tell time using analog clocks
so yeah as we get more and more addicted to technology we become more hopelessly enslaved by those who control it
and the state of course mandates all sorts of backdoors in everything from routers to phones to printers and cameras and soon ( if not already ) cars ...
frankly all of this will be a good thing for society as a whole because most people can't handle freedom ... just have to figure out how to join the elites so the rules don't apply to us !
Well, things like Monero solve the problem of not being able to count cash since it's still digital and people can pay exactly what is owed and not need change back and they don't have to sit there and count things. In all fairness, I can make change, but I am slow about it. Working as a cashier probably would not work for me due to the speed at which I can count change and do that math.
It is difficult to comprehend the cucked mind.
People can be intensely emotionally wrapped up in their political team, but also disregard the most obviously interesting parts of this political landscape. People are without autonomy and think about the things they are instructed to, rather than that which is thought provoking. It astounds me how topics can be swapped in and out of focus. To name a few blatant concepts:
- Biden is a dead president
- TWO assassins against Trump
- Covid
- World War 3 has begun
I test the waters by commenting on these topics to "normies" and often find there is no desire to speak on them in any depth, even though they are or were huge impactors to their lives. A facade of caring with no sustained interest or comprehension is typical.
Most people appear to be in a mental fever, jumping from concept to concept without ability to digest any one idea. This does not bode well for the direction of the majority. Something nasty is bubbling under the surface and will burst. I do not know what exactly, but we cannot sustain this state of insanity indefinitely. Reality catches us all.
This irreverence for reality also means there is an amazing arbitrage opportunity. So many blind men allow the sighted to bring forward a brilliant future. Even among the darkness. Because what is darkness to those who refuse to see, and what darkness can overcome light?
A sight for sore eyes, to the blind, would be awful majestic. How could anyone tell them that some things are not what they seem?
