Now I've been reading.

I would like to stay away from kibble as much as possible.

However there's evidence that some amount of grains are good for dogs. The stomach contents of prey in the wild have half digested grains/grasses.

My question.

What's y'alls take on a kibble free grain free diet for dogs?

Over the past 3 days I've added a small amount of kibble to one of Teddy's meals a day. Partially for reasons above. And also to keep his pallet/stomach somewhat neutral as I transition him.

His last two breakfasts - moose scraps off boiled bones.

Last two lunches 3 scrambled eggs

Last two diners ground beef meal with onions then next night a large streak bone with a decent amount of meat on the bone.
