Amazing!

I fell in the egg rabbit whole and realized that where I live, eggs are refrigerated but are sold with expiry date of 60-70 days.

I bet they loose all their nutrient by the time I eat them.

I’ve been looking around for fresh eggs from farmers…

Before i got my own chickens i would buy eggs from a lady nearby, who had lots of them. Once you've had good yard eggs, there's no going back.

The only problem is that I live in the city and our winters go to -40 Celcius. What do I do in the winter?

Thats pretty cold. Maybe a small greenhouse enclosure for them? A few chickens dont need alot of space.

Damn, just looked at my borough regulations and we are not allowed to have any chickens….
