Is watching an anime about food a good or bad idea while fasting?
18 hours in. Had to drive someplace about an hour and half round trip. Mild headache and ignorable hunger. Mostly vegging out now. Will make tea later. #WaterFast.
Watch your electrolytes. With water only, that headache might be a little hyponatremia. Might need a touch of salt.
