The most exciting result was the fact that even one month after [the subjects took] ivermectin, their blood was still killing mosquitoes," Smit says. "That's much longer than we thought."

Article written in 2018. Totally different vibe then.

2017 article in Nature:

"GABA-related channels are commonplace throughout nematodes and insects, whereas in mammals,GABA receptors and neurons are restricted to the central nervous system.

So it’s not only a ”horse dewormer”, it’s now also in fact a human demosquitoer! (And I know; an effective treatment of covid)

And killing parasites.

Yes. I think that was the reason for the ”Inventor’s” Nobel prize. Have saved many, many million lives.

Ivermection has been banned in Europe in order to protect the market for experimental GMO snake oil. Search "GMO"

Ivermectin

Hm. That’s neat.

It would be even better if we could develop a way to not have the bites itch.

Mosquitos love me. The feeling is not mutual. Where are those sketchy Indian Ivermectin websites? Buying a truckload for next time I go camping.

So now it isn't just horse paste🙄
