I really want to use alby hub but i dont have a server, i do have an old pc at my home though. How can i set it up to make it work for me? Or should i use my thinkpad which is my daily driver device? #nostrhow

It doesn't require a powerful device but it needs to be on 24/7 so your laptop isn't a good choice.
Running a node and managing liquidity on the various channels is no small task.
You can use their cloud service as a start?
Unless you want to be fully self custodial in which case you need to run your own... And be a Systems admin to run it safely 😂
Platforms like Umbrel and Start9 have all the required software in one package. They also sell hardware that run it "easily".
