To all the non-voters: would you change your mind and vote if it entered you into a lottery to potentially win a big jackpot?
And would this be a good idea to get people to vote? A carrot instead of a stick (like Australia, where they fine you if you don't vote).
Not unless the lottery was so massively +EV as to justify my time and effort, in which case I would write in none of the above
