I guess you could argue what I'm doing is the 2013 version of influencing. Before the marketers swooped in and pivoted their budgets from adds to user generated content.
As a person with a school aged child, it's depressing. The kids all want to be YouTubers or IG models, some want to be gamers...ours says he wants to be an engineer or an astronaut depending on his mood. Garbage in garbage out 🤷♀️.
