The other day I watched a construction worker goes into the store , buys a $20 scratch off, scratches it and throw it away. Goes in the store buys another one and repeat. He must’ve done this at least ten times. It was so sad to watch.
Playing and indulging once in a while is fun when the prize is large but what I hate to see are people spending $40-$80 (individual not pooled from a group of friends) on that or a a pad with 38 pick-3 combinations (dollar straight dollar box).
