Is siphon really that good?
I don"t know. I just like that they sell coffee for sats.
The siphon is very good but it’s messy and takes a while to setup and brew. If you’re ever in a nice roaster or coffeeshop, they may have them.
I feel like Chemex is the furthest I’ll go at home
