Is anyone else seeing these disjointed, stroke-posts from some users?

Like, they're saying words but everything is out of order.

Am I just having a fever dream?

There are tons of them. 😑 I'd consider blocking them but I don't like seeing that I have a comment and not knowing if it's from a real person.
