Good that it can be downloaded, only available to US citizens
Simply because shipping internationally is so expensive. I’ve considered adding an paperback to Amazon so people can access it globally, but frankly the hardcover isn’t selling like I had hoped so I wasn’t sure if it was worth the extra sats and the learning curve to set up an Amazon KDP seller account.
