Is it ironic that the time when one feels strongest (right after a heavy lifting session) is actually when you're the weakest?

It doesn’t matter, we don’t use our physical strength for almost anything nowadays, it’s just for the looks and of course health. You are not going to lift a car 😅

Unless you have a servant there's a bunch of cases when you need to use decent strength. You don't necessarily need to train for it but it helps.

If you feel strongest after training, then you are not training hard enough!
