I don’t think that threatening people to prevent them from using their rights is legal. So are you going to face any consequences for not respecting your own laws?

This must be brought forward to the lawmakers of the US. Any employee as well as any citizen must not pose threats to others in order to stop them from exercising their rights defined by law.
