It assumes repos are tagged with nostr, so yes it should.

Thank you 🙏 I remember SnowCait-san was wanting to do something about sending notifications when nips-ja is updated. I think now it's possible to do with no code, using just nostr.band and nips-commit.

(I will bug SnowCait-san & let him know)
